We sincerely hope our products meet your least expectations. However, would you by any reason still change your mind after purchase, we will accept the return of your unused products within 14 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept return of custom made and personalised products, including collars with monograms and name stamping. We do not cover the shipping costs of returned goods.
